A two-week family holiday was arranged at Meltemi Villa Paphos for Easter 2020. All the booking arrangements were done by Constantinos in an excellent professional and timely manner. Unfortunately because of the fast-changing COVID-19 situation one week before departure and new quarantine laws were brought into force in Cyprus our flights to Paphos were cancelled and as a consequence we were unable to travel to Cyprus. Constantinos was in constant communication because of the fast moving situation and put forward two options. One was to defer our holiday to a later date or he would refund the monies paid minus 200Euro deposit. We decided to defer our holiday to Easter 2021 but was assured whatever the outcome our money was secure. In January 2021 it was apparent that the COVID-19 situation was not resolved for us to take a family holiday at Easter so reluctantly I asked Constantinos to refund the monies as he had agreed in the onset. He responded immediately and to my surprise and delight said he would refund the whole amount minus bank charges. True to his word I received my refund the next day. All during the process I felt totally confident that if we were unable to go to Cyprus my monies would be refunded. All during my communication with Constantinos I found...

And the Owners - they need extra chapter. Constantinos, Anastasia, Andreas & Petros! Thank You sooooo much for hosting us! At the arrival Petros wait for us even it was very late with bags full of toy for our kids, two hot pizzas, bottles of wine, full refrigerator and basket full of fruits... Day after we were welcome by Anastasia in the morning with fresh croissants... The Host are like pure gold! We have never experienced such hospitality!
Thank You so much one more time and already we can't wait to see you next summer!

They even set up a WhatsApp chat group which proved to be a great way to deal with any queries before and... read more during our stay. They organised taxi transfers to and from the airport and also helped by obtaining quotes from car rental companies. Their generosity with the welcome food and drinks package, as well as toys and gifts for our 3 year old granddaughter was amazing. They were there to welcome us when we arrived to hand over the key and show us round the villa. They also gave us information on nearby facilities as well as recommendations for bars, restaurants and places to visit. We stayed there for our daughters wedding, with the bride and groom and other wedding guests staying in two other villas at this eight villa complex. All our villas were very clean and extremely well equipped. Ours was No.3 which had the private pool on the west facing aspect which meant it was in full sun all day. Shade was provided by a huge sail on the side of the villa. All villas have 3 double/twin bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms and all rooms have very efficient air conditioning units. Great location, being only 5 minutes walk from the sea front with coastal path extending to Paphos Harbour, and 8 minute walk to main road with regular bus service every 10-15 minutes to Coral Bay and... On top of all that the service the owners provided was unseen. When we arrived there was food in the house. A huge watermelon was waiting for us. They ordered a pizza for us. Because they assumed we were hungry from traveling. During the week they brought us cakes and ice cream. This was a beautiful experience.
Thank you Constantinos and the rest of your family. You helped our family vacation to be a succes!

They fully accommodated food intolerances with the welcome pack we found on arrival and all the attention to detail couldn’t go without a special thank you.
I Would certainly highly recommend a stay here and we will be returning when we can.

When we arrived, they were waiting for us with a huge pizza and a full fridge with food for the first time.
After that, they sent their own guide with information about the nearest attractions, beaches, shops, which helped a lot during the rest.
Several times during our vacation, the owners came to us and brought local delicacies and sweets.
We lived in Villa 1, although it is located near the entrance, but surrounded by green spaces, which created a very private space.
We are also very grateful that we were allowed to leave much later due to the rescheduling of the return flight. More
