On the date of arrival we are provided with a fridge full of food and drinks, and a basket of snacks. This was unexpected but gladly accepted. The hosts went above and beyond and provided a pizza night at another villa our wedding guests and family were staying. Throughout the stay the hosts were in contact and even provide chocolates and a final breakfast for us all.
The villa itself is beautiful, spacious and clean. We stayed at No. 7, the end villa but this are the same layout as the others. Pool is clean, A/c throughout. A washing machine and dishwasher are provided as are the products to use.
Each room is en-suite. Double or twin bed which can be made into a double. Clean linen and towels are provided on day 6 which Is more than some hotels currently.
Overall, can’t fault the villas, any minor faults were corrected quickly and not even worth a mention.
100% recommend this to family’s, couples and even groups. I will be rebooking when I visit again.

Leading up... read more to arrival we were given comprehensive and clear guidance via WhatsApp and when we got to the villa just before midnight were given a warm welcome, complete with 2 massive and delicious pizzas to feast on, a fridge stocked with essential items and goodies eg honey, chocolate milk, wine, a fruit bowl, and two welcome bags full of toys and sun hats. A couple of days later, the hosts delivered a home baked lemon cake and some choc doughnuts, then later again we received a varied selection of pastries, all of which we made short work of! Every amenity was supplied, inc kids cutlery and crockery, swim and bath toys, range of swim floats (rings, kickboards, armbands, giant croc), detergent etc, they had thought of everything. It really made the holiday far more relaxing and less of a bus man’s holiday, as we have a 4 and 2 year old! The hosts are lovely and gave the personal touch, but were not intrusive. They also recommended a plethora of different eateries and attractions; we had a fantastic authentic meze dinner in the harbour on their recommendation. When we arrived, they were waiting for us with a huge pizza and a full fridge with food for the first time. After that, they sent their own guide with information about the nearest attractions, beaches, shops, which helped a lot during the rest. Several times during our vacation, the owners came to us and brought local delicacies and sweets. We lived in Villa 1, although it is located near the entrance, but surrounded by green spaces, which created a very private space. The house and pool were sparkling clean. Our villa was three bedrooms with each ensuite and an additional powder room on the ground floor. The washing machine made it possible to pack light, so we could come home with all our Cypriot purchases. We opened the sliding doors and the gauzy sheers moved in the warm breeze. Sunsets were stunning from the villa as were sea views from most windows in the house. All details were covered: plenty towels, tp, toiletries, digital safe, mid-stay clean, snacks on arrival, grill, loungers, pool toys and floats.... So grateful to have found such a nice place with great owners.

Gave us tonnes of activities & things to see and do via WhatsApp. Great places to eat and areas to visit. Always chatted throughout the holiday. ☺The property was very clean and extremely well equipped. Pool was cleaned every other day and all the staff were extremely helpful, in fact Constantinos and his family went above and beyond numerous times to ensure we had the best experience.
The location was quiet, very close to several beeches and coves.
We hired four villas for a family wedding, it was perfect and made the stay all the more memorable.

☺We've been amazed by the hospitality of the hosts, of the level of the communication even before we arrived, we've received a lot of useful information beforehand, we've been offered the possiblity of transfer from the airport, of the little signs of attention we've received (complimentary pizza, breakfast essentials). The villa has 2 upstair bedrooms with seaview, each bedroom has its own bathroom. The villa is also equipped with UK electricity plugs, so we did not have to care ad get such by ourselves. Thank you, dear Constantinos and Anastasia, for the amazing vacation experience!

☺The property was exceptionally clean and the staff could not have been any more helpful/accommodating. The villa was perfect and the outside pool area was insane!
☹No complaints at all - If you prefer a busier area such as shops/bars etc it may not be suitable but was perfect for our needs and taxis were accessible if needed.
