ACCOMODATIONS
Bedrooms
Each villa offers 3 bedrooms, all decorated and furnished to a high standard. All bedrooms offer built in wardrobes and private en-suite facilities. Two of the bedrooms share a spacious balcony, which offers spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea. The two single beds can be joined into one Large Double Bed on request before arrival. On request a baby cot can be supplied.
The first floor bedrooms share a balcony which offers stunning views of the Mediterranean sea. The balcony is equipped with quality white rattan furniture (table and four chairs).
Bathroom
There are 3 en suite bathrooms and a cloak room.
The bathrooms are equipped with high quality Italian and German fixtures and fittings. They are beautifully decorated with mosaic tiles and quality Italian tiles.
Kitchen
The kitchen is decorated in the traditional Greek style with either green or blue wooden cupboards. The villas are well equipped for self-catering with quality appliances. The kitchen table extends to seat 6.
High chair available on request.
Living Room
A spacious, cosy and comfortably furnished living room is in the same area with the kitchen. The living room is complete with a flat TV screen, Satellite TV with over 200 channels and a Blu ray player.
Wifi high speed Internet connection is available throughout the villa and throughout the premises (including pool area).
Pool Area
The private pool is 4m x 8m + 1.5m x 1m walk in steps.
The pool is professionally cleaned 2-3 times per week.
Pool toys are provided.
The pool area includes an outdoor quality white rattan table, couch and chairs are provided, similar in style to the sunbeds.
Additional garden furniture (chairs, coffee table) are provided for your convenience.
There is always the option of Al fresco dining at the balcony or by the pool.
You can also cook in the outside stone build BBQ.
BBQ
A unique, outdoor stone build BBQ is in every villa. You can enjoy BBQ nights with your friends and family. Grill your favourite food and drink delicious local wines. Inside the villa you will find all the BBQ tools you may need.
Safety
For your safety, an alarm system with motion detection is installed and a safe boxe is available inside the villa. The safes are big enough to fit a laptop. All villas are also covered with an extensive CCTV system.
